Native Tongue

Native Tongue

Death is our

native tongue

we learn to speak life

as much as we want

or just to get by

during our stay

please

say

something

use the grammar

so I understand

I’m not fluent

and soon

.

Another short poem for a cool, rainy Saturday here in Providence, RI, USA, North America, Earth, Sol System, Western Arm, Milky Way, Universe… 🙂

  1. Very nice…

Gatta say cool, rainy days in RI are great for walking on the beach… as long as you wear the right shoes, have a good jacket and an umbrella, of course….

Scarborough is one of my favorites….

    • Thanks John! Yeah, that’s the forecast through June 😉 I usually avoid the coast during prime time (July/August), but love the off-season. I don’t mind gray skies at all.
